Summer seems to have come and gone judging by the current weather outside, but for the short time the sun was shining, I’m sure that you as well as me made the most of our summer wardrobes! I’m hoping this is just a blip… it’s August after all.
I went on a mini spending spree for a long weekend break to Ibiza with my friend in May and this embroidered jumpsuit was one of the purchases I made after spying it on Instagram. Its retro vibes had me at hello and I was on ASOS with it in my basket in about 2 seconds flat.
I love a jumpsuit for its effortlessness and this one is extra summery with its pretty embroidery. Teamed with simple tan sandals and my yellow Cambridge Satchel, I was set for a visit to The Medicine Garden in Cobham.
The Medicine Garden was recommended to us by a few friends who had been before and we couldn’t have picked a better day for it. The sun was shining, the flowers were in full bloom and the fact that we spotted a little airstream once we walked through the entrance had us pretty excited.
As you might already know, I love a bit of history and vintage charm, so the fact that The Medicine Garden is a restored Victorian garden with cafes, an airstream and small business offering their wares is a good combination in my eyes.
The atmosphere was relaxed, perfect to go and chill out on the double deck chairs like we did on this particular day, or meet up with friends and their kids for a catch up like we’ve already done since.
I hope we get to go again before the summers officially out…
